A Thoughtful Process

A female healthcare professional with short gray hair and glasses holds a dental model of a jaw and teeth, thoughtfully examining it while touching her chin with her other hand.

Listen

We listen carefully to understand your history and symptoms.

01

Diagnose

We identify the true cause of your pain with a thorough evaluation and advanced imaging (if needed).

02

Explain

We explain our findings, in clear simple terms, so you understand your condition.

03

Create a Plan

We develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan designed for long-term relief.

04

What To Expect?

Your initial appointment will be in person and consist of a new patient comprehensive exam to assess your concerns and condition(s). We will then discuss a diagnosis and develop treatment options.

Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the exam. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information in advance of your consultation:

  • Your referral slip and any dental Panoramic X-rays, dental CBCT image, CT scans, MRI films, or Sleep studies (if applicable)

  • A list of your current medical prescriptions and which conditions they are being used for

  • Please complete the online form prior to your visit. We review the information provided so we can best serve you during your appointment.

  • Based on the findings from the initial visit, you may need additional diagnostic tests. We will share our findings with you and develop a treatment plan that works best for you individual needs.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

X-Ray/CT/MRI

If your physician or dentist has ordered a previous diagnostic study, you may request to have the films and results forwarded to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to your initial consultation.

Payment is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to visits for a full refund. Visits cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
